And it's a good thing they did, too. They were the only other kids there! (Well, besides their other cousins - Jack's one year old twin brothers.) The adults far outnumbered the children. But I guess that's how it goes sometimes when they are still so young.
Jack was thrilled to get to see his cousins. He became particularly attached to Tipton, and became upset whenever Tipton left the room. He would say "Where's Tipton? I want to be with Tipton!" (So sweet!) Jack encouraged Tipton to help him open his birthday presents. (Oh, and I should note that this is after Tipton broke his arm, but before he got his 'real' cast. So he is in a half/partial/soft/"sugar tong" cast. We were nervous about him swinging his arm around and getting bumped, so we strapped his arm to his body.)

Lilli riding on one of Jack's birthday presents - a Harley Davidson big wheel. Cam was crawling along behind her up and down the hall. I told John "You're gonna have to watch out for him - he's already chasing the hot chicks riding motorcycles!"

But it was getting late and they were full of sugar and we had at least three or four cameras trying to take photos at the same time. This is the best one I got, and you can't see Tru's face. But at least the other four kids are looking up and smiling!
Tipton and Lilli were happy to get to celebrate Jack's birthday with him. And I think all the kids had a good time.
